Adding Access Rights to all Staff
To set up a member of staff with access rights to all mail:
- From Vision 3, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance and then the Staff Access tab.
- Right click on the name of the staff member who is being given access rights to all mail and select Add All.
- A 'Add ALL staff access rights to [staff name]?' message displays, select Yes to confirm, or No to cancel the process:
